The vessel was last out of the water and treated with epoxy coal tar in April 2009. The superstructure was last repainted in 2103 and had new batteries. Last survey was 2011.
Hull & Exterior.
Material / build: All steel. Thicknesses: 10 / 6 / 4mm
Exterior: Black epoxy coal tar painted hull to rubbing band. Matt black from rubbing band through side decks, with non slip finish to side decks. Cabin sides in yellow with full length blue panel. Recessed panels aft with the name signwritten theron. Roof in grey non slip, with aft section in old fasioned red. The handrails are picked out in red.
Windows: Anodised aluminium top hopper opening, 3 to port and 2 to starboard, with additional opening side doors and two fixed portholes.
Forward well: Rope fender. Steel cants. ‘T’ stud. Gas locker containing 2 x 13kg gas bottles. Timber cratch board with headlamp, and PVC Everflex type overall cover. Extended longer than normal forward well. Self draining steel well deck with timber topped seats / lockers to both sides. Two central half glazed varnished timber doors to accommodation.
Roof: Integral steel handrails. Flue for solid fuel stove. Sliding hatch over access aft. 4 brass mushroom vents. Centre eye. Hinged hatch over side doors. Sliding hatch over access aft.
Aft deck: Traditional style. Rope fender, 2 mooring dollies, steel cants, diesel filler. Tiller steering. Self draining deck. Two central timber lined steel doors to accommodation with canal motif.
Lining - floor to gunwale: Light blue appearance veneered panelling with white hardwood trim
Lining - gunwale to ceiling: Grey faced panelling with white trim

Cabin 4: Saloon. At the aft end is a free standing sofa, This unit can convert to a double berth if required. Against the forward bulkhead to port is an angle gunnel height cupboard. To starboard the Bubble diesel stove is mounted tiled timber trimmed hearth with matching side and rear. Leaded glass windowed display cupboard and open shelving on hull side below gunnel to starboard housing a TV and radio with speakers. Step up to extended forward well.
