The vessel was last out of the water in 2011 at which time the hull was surveyed, new anodes were fitted, and the hull treated with 2 part epoxy, having been previously epoxy treated in 2005. The interior has been part refitted.
Hull & Exterior.
Material / build: All steel. Thicknesses: 10 / 6 / 4 mm
Exterior: Black epoxy painted hull to rubbing band. Dark blue from rubbing band, through side decks and cabin sides. Green panels on cabin sides with cream coachlines. Roof finished in a matt non-slip cream finish.
Windows: Anodised aluminium. Top hopper opening. 4 each side with additional pair of side doors to starboard.
Forward well: Rope fender. ‘T’ stud. Steel cants. Hatch in foredeck to large storage locker. Timber cratch board with glazed panels, headlight and horn mounted thereon. PVC Everflex type cratch cover with zipped entry panels. Self-draining steel well deck with inspection hatch to water tank below. Against the aft bulkhead is a gas container with timber lid containing 2 x 13kg gas bottles. Timber seat/step to port. Single timber lined steel door to accommodation.
Roof: 2 brass mushroom vents. 1 stainless steel tannoy vent. Flue for Paloma gas water heater and solid fuel stove. Centre eye. Pigeon box with brass portholes. Integral steel handrails. Timber pole and plank holder. Sliding hatch over access aft.
Aft deck: Rope fender. Tiller steering. 2 mooring dollies. Diesel filler. Flush aft deck. 2 ‘antique style’ tractor seats on upstands by tiller. 2 central timber lined steel doors to engine space.
Lining - floor to gunwale: Combination of interlocking ‘antique’ oak timber laminate and vertical varnished tongue & groove pine.
Lining - gunwale to ceiling: As above.
Lining - ceiling: Gloss varnished tongue & groove pine.
Bulkheads: Vertical tongue & groove pine.
Flooring: Oatmeal carpet in saloon and bedroom, tile effect vinyl in kitchen and bathroom.
Lighting: Inset 12v halogen
Cabin heating: Green enamel finished solid fuel stove and 240v radiator.
Water heating Paloma gas water heater.

Cabin 2: Double cabin. The double bed is lengthways to port. Storage below bed. At the forward end of the cabin to port are full height cupboard units with hanging rails. Cabin 3: Bathroom. Organised either side of the corridor. To port is a step in fully tiled shower enclosure with bi-fold glass doors. White hand basin inset into Beech effect work surface with cupboard below. Polished stainless steel bathroom cabinet on bulkhead. To starboard is a toilet compartment with Thetford Cassette toilet and a further small section of Beech effect work surface with cupboard below. The doors to each of these compartments open across the corridor to close off the bathroom are if required. The corridor continues forward into:
Cabin 4: Galley. The galley is organised on either side of the craft. Dark grey granite effect roll-top work surface over solid timber cupboards and drawers. To port is an inset one and a half bowl stainless steel sink and drainer. Below the work surface is a 240v refrigerator with décor front door. Full height splashbacks with white tile with green décor details. Paloma gas water heater mounted over work surface. To starboard is a full height unit housing Ikea whirlpool microwave at eye level and New Home GL616 oven and grill in stainless steel. Inset five burner stainless steel Ariston hob. Further cupboards and drawers below fitted with roll-out storage units. The galley is open plan to:
Cabin 5: Saloon. At the aft end of the saloon is a cupboard housing Bosch Classic 240v washing machine. Opposite to starboard the solid fuel stove is mounted on a polished marble tiled hearth with matching rear and side. To port is a 2-seater Pullman style dinette unit opposite which is a full length seating unit (both of these being upholstered in blue fabric covered 5 inch foam cushions). Storage below seating units. The dinette unit and the settee unit can be used to convert into a very large double berth if required. At the forward end of the saloon to starboard is a gunwale height storage unit which can be used for hi-fi and TV. Step to starboard up to forward well.
The vessel is offered for sale with the possibility of the transfer of a residential berth at High Line Yachting, Iver.
This boat has not been cleared and personal possessions may be removed prior to sale.
Mooring: The residential mooring is located at the High Line Yachting boatyard at Iver, on the Slough Arm of the Grand Union. The mooring, which has the benefit of a grassed sitting out area, is alongside the bank amongst a community of other residential and cruising boats. Secure parking is available in the boatyard. A key to the gate and toilet block in the main building is provided on deposit.
Facilities offered are 240v electricity connection (charged by meter reading) and water point. BT telephone connection (subject to the BT connection charge if applicable). Pump out / chemical toilet emptying facilities. Diesel, coal and gas are available in the boatyard, with gas and coal deliveries to alongside on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Toilet and shower block (showers are token operated) with washing machine and tumble dryer (token operated).
The current mooring rates for narrowbeam craft are as follows:
Paid annually : £58.00 per foot per annum
Paid six monthly : £31.00 per foot per half year

A payment of six months’ mooring fees in advance will be required as the first payment. A residential licence payable to British Waterways Board is required. High Line Yachting reserve the right to refuse the transfer of the mooring. Council tax is payable.
Langley Station which is on the Paddington Line is within two minutes walk of the moorings.
